Important Privacy Notice: We do not store or retain your AI agent conversations. All interactions with AI agents are processed through third-party AI providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek, etc.) and are not stored on our servers.

STREAM SERVERS LTD ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI Bistrot platform (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

  • Conversations with your AI agents
  • Content generated by AI agents
  • User prompts or queries sent to AI models

3. How Your Data Flows

Data Processing Flow

Step 1: You interact with your AI agent

Your message is sent to our servers

Step 2: We process the request

We validate the request and prepare it for the AI provider

Step 3: Forward to AI provider

The request is sent to OpenAI, DeepSeek, or another AI provider

Step 4: AI processes the request

The AI provider generates a response (we don't control their data practices)

Step 5: Return response to you

The AI response is returned to you through our platform

Step 6: We delete the conversation

We do not store the conversation content. Only usage statistics are kept.

Important: While we do not store your conversations, third-party AI providers may retain data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing:

4.1 AI Model Providers

We integrate with third-party AI services including but not limited to:

  • OpenAI: Provides GPT models for AI agent responses
  • DeepSeek: Alternative AI model provider
  • Other AI service providers as integrated

When you use our Service, your prompts and conversations may be processed by these third parties. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.

4.2 Payment Processors

We use third-party payment processors to handle credit purchases. We do not store your payment information. Payment data is handled directly by:

  • Other payment gateways as available

  • AI conversation content immediately after processing
  • Temporary logs after 30 days
  • Inactive account data after 2 years of inactivity

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@aibistrot.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

  • Secure server infrastructure
